Restaurant Cook application period 1.2.-31.3.


Do you want to develop your skills by studying and become a restaurant professional? If you have work experience in restaurants or you have been an entrepreneur, but lack a vocational qualification, Perho’s restaurant cook studies (Vocational upper secondary qualification in Restaurant and Catering Services, competence area in Food Service, Cook) is the right choice for you.

Application period is from 1 February to 31 March, 2019. Student intake is 20.

What does a restaurant cook do?

A restaurant cook prepares various appetizers, entrées and desserts from fresh ingredients and follows recipes as well as mixes ingredients and prepares many types of foods using various cooking methods.

Restaurant Cook Fast Track studies

You can also study qualification for Restaurant Cook by apprenticeship or training agreement if you have a working place in a restaurant and your employer is willing to sign an apprenticeship or training contract with you and Perho Culinary, Tourism and Business College.
