Student services – support for everyday life and the different stages of your studies
The offices of Perho Student Services are student-friendly, low-threshold places where you can visit in confidence and without an appointment. Our offices are located on both campuses, Malmi and Töölö – welcome!
We’ll make sure your information is up to date and that you get the certificates and documents you need smoothly. We can help you with the practical aspects of your studies and advise you on how to apply for study-related benefits.
We will take care of the practical arrangements for starting your studies: we will enter your photo into the school system, make access passes to the campuses and create Wilma IDs for you and your guardian. We issue official certificates such as transcripts, study certificates or graduation certificates – important documents for study benefits, job search, postgraduate studies, etc. We also maintain a performance register and ensure that your details are transferred to national services.
A professional team to support you
The Student Services are staffed by expert staff, such as timetable planners, system administrators, education coordinators and application office staff, who are ready to help you with all your study-related questions and offer support according to your needs.
Whether you’re thinking about compulsory school loans, exams, your Opintopolun Koski or eHOKS data, study grants or graduation – you’re always welcome to ask for advice.
Go ahead – we’ll help
You can find us online, by email or by visiting our offices in Malmi and Töölö on weekdays from 9.30-14.00. We are here for you – feel free to ask!
