Tania and her opportunity to become an entrepreneur
Tania graduated as a cook from Perho Culinary, Tourism and Business College. Before moving full-time into the kitchen, Tania worked as a graphic designer. Cooking had always been something she enjoyed, and when the opportunity to change careers arose, she knew she had to take it.
After completing the Vocational Qualification in Restaurant and Catering Services at Perho, she became a better cook. Encouraged by a friend, Tania founded later her own company that produces salsas and other sauces based on authentic Mexican recipes, adapted to the Finnish taste.
