Tuition fees
Perho Culinary, Tourism & Business College charges tuition fees for students from outside the EU and EEA who start their studies on or after 1.8.2026, in accordance with the law and official guidelines.
The tuition fee applies to you if:
- you have a temporary B residence permit, and you are not subject to compulsory education in Finland
- you have a continuous A residence permit, and your first residence permit has been issued on the basis of studies
- you have a continuous A residence permit based on family ties, and the residence permit of your sponsor – or the sponsor’s first residence permit – has been issued on the basis of studies
The tuition fee does not include meals or personal study equipment, tools or learning materials needed for studying.
The tuition fee is based on the amount of education completed during the academic year.
The school year fee covers one academic year from 1.8.-31.7.

- the learning environments and teaching arrangements provided by the training provider
- skills assessment and demonstrations
- guidance for the achievement of the qualification or parts of the qualification

- Further Vocational Qualification in Guide Services: €7 600
- Further Vocational Qualification in Restaurant Customer Service: €7 600
- Specialist Vocational Qualification in First-Level Management in the Hotel and Catering Sector: €7 600
- Further Vocational Qualification in Food Services: €5 600
- Further Vocational Qualification in First-Level Management: €5 600

More detailed prices per degree will be announced at the application stage and in the acceptance letter.
The tuition fee is payable before the start of studies, in accordance with the payment terms and due date indicated in the acceptance letter. Payment of the fee is a prerequisite for the start of studies.
