On-the-job learning takes place through apprenticeships or training contracts in trustworthy companies.

Get support for finding a job – during and after your studies

At Perho, you’ll get help to build your own career path. We help you individually find a place or job to learn in working life, hone your job search skills and identify your strengths. In cooperation with our extensive network of employers and skilled job coaches, we support your learning and employment in working life. Our goal is your success in the world of work.

Your graduation doesn’t cut you off from us – you can get job search support for up to two years after graduation. We want to make sure your journey continues smoothly as you move from studies to work.
