If you have work experience in restaurants or you have been an entrepreneur, but lack a vocational qualification, Perho’s restaurant cook studies (Vocational upper secondary qualification in Restaurant and Catering Services, competence area in Food Service, Cook) is the right choice for you.
Application period is from 1 February to 31 March, 2019. Student intake is 20.

Entrance interview will be held from 10 to 17 April 2019 at Perho Tourism, Culinary and Business College in Töölö Campus.
What does a restaurant cook do?
A restaurant cook prepares various appetizers, entrées and desserts from fresh ingredients and follows recipes as well as mixes ingredients and prepares many types of foods using various cooking methods.

You can also study qualification for Restaurant Cook by apprenticeship or training agreement if you have a working place in a restaurant and your employer is willing to sign an apprenticeship or training contract with you and Perho Culinary, Tourism and Business College.
